The US government is rewarding $ 15 million for information about an Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Qods commander, Abdolreza Shahlaie.
The US special envoy for Iran, Brian Hook, told reporters December 5 that the United States has set a multi-million dollar prize for information about Brigadier General Abdul Reza Shahlaie.

According to a US State Department official, US officials are trying to obtain information about him and to help him disrupt the "Revolutionary Guards operation".

"Haqqani controls many organizations responsible for attacks on Americans and their allies around the world," Hook said. He has planned the killing of many coalition soldiers in Iraq and supplies ammunition and weapons to extremist Shiite groups that killed 5 American soldiers and wounded 3 more in Operation January 20, 2007 in Karbala. In 2011, he led the assassination attempt on Saudi Arabia's ambassador to the United States, John Adel Al Jabira.

The United States has caused damage to the economy and livelihood of the Iranian people by withdrawing from unreasonable decisions.

Mohsen Rezaei, secretary of the Iranian Expediency Council, called the US sanctions against Iran cruel, saying that the United States has even imposed some sanctions, such as those of the Central Bank of Iran, twice, indicating their failure.

Many say that Trump will not vote in the second term, Mohs Rezai said. If someone else, like Trump, comes in, it is not clear that we will go back to Brajam, and we want conditions beyond Brajam. If they want us to go back to America, they must not only return, but also have to pay us at least $ 50 billion in damages.

Mojtaba Jalalzadeh Researcher, Expert on International Affairs and US Policies on Interaction with Iran In this regard he told Sputnik:

It should be noted at the outset that Mr. Mohsen Rezaei's talk may not necessarily be the official stance of the Islamic Republic of Iran, but if he were a person within the system, it would certainly be a sign of the tendency of the main body of authority to do so. .

ince US President Donald Trump took office, international approval of US leadership has been declining, eventually hitting a record low of 30 percent, according to a recent survey by Gallup.

terestingly, some regions favor China's leadership over that of the US, according to the poll published January 18. For instance, 28 percent of Latin American residents were found to be supportive of China's leadership, while only 24 percent said they approved of the US' leadership. The positions of the US and China in Europe are equal; in Asia people think more highly of China's government than America's. Only Africa proved loyal to the US in this survey. But both the US and China should look out: Germany is now the top-rated global power in the world, with an approval rating of 41 percent, according to the poll.

The family of a retired FBI agent who went missing in Iran a decade ago has filed a lawsuit against the Islamic Republic for the man’s disappearance.

25.03.2017

The relatives of Robert Levinson, a former FBI agent who disappeared ten years ago during a business trip to the Iranian island of Kish, filed a lawsuit with the US District Court of Washington. The plaintiffs insist that the Iranian government is responsible for Levinson’s kidnapping and imprisonment while Tehran denies these claims.
Mojtaba Jalalzadeh, global politics expert at the Islamic Azad University in Tehran, told Sputnik Persian that this entire case is simply absurd.

The new US president is unlikely to abandon the Iran nuclear deal, an Iranian expert in international affairs told Sputnik, stressing that the Islamic Republic of Iran has already been proven to be a cooperative and trustworthy partner.

The new American president won't be able to abandon the obligations it had agreed to under the nuclear agreement with Iran or annul the deal, Mojtaba Jalalzadeh, an expert in international affairs at Tehran's Azad University, emphasized in an interview with Sputnik Persian. "The Islamic Republic of Iran's aspirations toward the presidency of the US leader are linked to the Iran nuclear agreement and his commitment to its principles. We believe that the 45th president of the US will not upset the implementation of UN Security Resolution 2231[culminated in the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA)]," Jalalzadeh told Sputnik.
